For our subsidiary in Moscow, Russia we are looking for a

Head of Distribution Sales Channel (m/f/d)

Your Challenge

  • Responsible for the regional implementation of business model distribution regarding revenue growth, profitability and partner network
  • Establish distribution network following EMEA distribution direction
  • Build and maintain relationship with premium regional partner
  • Lead, motivate and develop distribution sales team
  • Develop & optimize B2B process in collaboration with Sales Excellence team
  • Develop e-commerce sales
  • Implement & manage distribution communication activities in collaboration with Region & HQ
  • Support new products / services introduction with marketing and CoE's division
  • Optimize supply chain and product availability on regional network

Your profile

  • Completed higher technical education
  • Several years of sales experience with international companies in B2B sector (measurement equipment)
  • 3+ years of managerial experience and in development of effective distribution sales channel in Russia
  • Fluent English and readiness for business trips
  • Thought, result, people and personal leadership
